The workshop does not cover everything for leading in any virtual environment (VE), but rather focuses on critical concepts that are simple to understand and employ. These skills will have a significant, positive and immediate impact on any virtual session’s outcome through the level of collaboration and effectiveness with which groups and teams conduct themselves.
